Cigars on the dock bar after the event with a shot of your favorite whiskey from the dinner.

For this dinner, you will be able to choose from a curated selection of Whiskies for each course.

Dinner Menu:

Bread Service – Fresh Gougere’s with whipped butter

First Course – Handmade Goat and Ricotta Cheese Ravioli with fig & orange zest, crispy Prosciutto, chive & Pecorino

Second Course – Laquered Short Smoked Salmon with celery root puree, caramelized leeks, fennel and pea shoot salad, and chili oil

Third Course – Braised Beef Cheeks with 15-hour potato, demi glazed carrots, parsnips, and crispy garlic

Fourth Course – Shack’s Scottish Sundae with Cinnamon Ice Cream, Whiskey Tea Cake, Orange & Cherry, and Rosemary crumble
