Our own recipe in the traditional style served with tartar sauce. Sides of steamed vegetables and Road Town rice.
Bacon Wrapped Crab Imperial Stuffed Shrimp
Twin colossal Shrimp generously stuffed with jumbo lump crab Imperial and baked. Served with nappe of rum glaze, Road Town rice and broccoli florets
A generous six-ounce center cut steak with a sauté mushroom topping, baked potato and vegetables.
Jamaican Jerk Tuna Steak
Yellow fin tuna steak generously rubbed with Jamaican Jerk Spice and char grilled. Garnished with mango salsa and accompanied by whipped yams and steamed asparagus.
Twin Filet Mignons, pan seared and topped with sauteed jumbo lump crab meat and sauce bearnaise. Accompanied by mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus
Shrimp and Grits
Half dozen colossal tiger shrimp sautéed in garlic butter with sausage and zucchini shards, then finished with cream and chopped bacon. Served surrounding our cheddar cheese grits
Vegetarian Stir Fried Vegetables and Rice
Medley of garden vegetables stir fried quickly in sesame oil with garlic. Finished with our West Indian stir fry sauce and accompanied by rice. Garnished with scallions and cashews.
Caribbean Barbecued Salmon Tower
Char grilled and basted with our mustard based Caribbean barbecue sauce. With steamed vegetables, whipped yams and jerked rice cakes.
Strips of boneless chicken breast marinated in spicy Jamaican jerk paste and sautéed with broccoli & mushrooms. Finished with creamy sofrito sauce and served over penne pasta with parmesan cheese garnish.
