Twin Crab Cakes
Our own recipe in the traditional style served with tartar sauce. Sides of steamed vegetables and Road Town rice.

Cajun Blackened Scallops
Jumbo sea scallops dusted with Cajun blackening spice and seared in the cast iron skillet. Served with Road Town rice and Broccoli florets.

Filet Mignon
A generous six-ounce center cut steak with a sauté mushroom topping, baked potato and vegetables.

Jamaican Jerk Tuna Steak
Yellow fin tuna steak generously rubbed with Jamaican Jerk Spice and char grilled. Garnished with mango salsa and accompanied by whipped yams and steamed asparagus.

Flat Iron and Coconut Shrimp Duo
Five-ounce char grilled flat iron steak paired with a flash fried coconut shrimp with yellow tomato chutney. Accompanied by mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus.

Curried Shrimp Sauté
Eight Colossal Tiger shrimp sautéed in olive oil with garlic and finished with West Indian sweet curry coconut cream. Accompanied by Road Town rice and steamed asparagus.

Caribbean Stir Fried Vegetables and Rice
Medley of garden vegetables stir fried quickly in sesame oil with garlic. Finished with our West Indian stir fry sauce and accompanied by rice. Garnished with scallions and cashews.

Caribbean Barbecued Salmon Tower
Char grilled and basted with our mustard based Caribbean barbecue sauce. With steamed vegetables, whipped yams and jerked rice cakes.

Rasta Pasta
Strips of boneless chicken breast marinated in spicy Jamaican jerk paste and sautéed with broccoli & mushrooms. Finished with creamy sofrito sauce and served over penne pasta with parmesan cheese garnish.
